Refund policy

1) All the product images are original images of products that we ship to you. We expect that the client is satisfied before proceeding with payment, thereby we do not offer refund.
2) We assume that the client is satisfied & agreed to the policy before making payment. Hence we are confident and completely assure the quality of products we serve. Also considering hygiene issues. We do not offer Return/Exchange of any product.
3) In case of any defect/product missing/wrong product received the client must logged a complaint within 24hours of receiving the products.
4) In order to claim the defect/missing product/wrong product an unboxing video would be considered as a proof. The video must be shot while unboxing the parcel with no pause/Edits.
5) The complaint must be logged in the given time bound. After which no issues will be considered.
6) In case the parcel is misplaced during transit by courier partner Hence we take the responsibility to dispatch a new parcel for client
